Bristol Exchange Club Carnival
Location: To be announced
Time: Friday, September 24th 5:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.
Saturday, September 25th 12:00 (noon) – Closing
Sunday, September 26th 12:00 (noon) – 7:00 p.m.
Cost: purchase of tickets for rides & games
Saturday September 25th - 3pm to 9pm
OktoberFest 2010
Location: Barlow Street, Bristol
German-American Society will host Bristol's own Oktoberfest 2010
Oktoberfest is Song, Dance, Music, Food, and yes, BEER!
Authentic German Food and Entertainment
Leading the music will be The Diamond Chips,
who perform 'old country' oom-pah tunes and the latest favorites,
Thrill to the Alpenland Schuhplattler Dancers and
Sing with the award winning male chorus from Thomaston, H.S.Liederkranz!
Food for sale will include Bratwurst, Bauernwurst,
Potato Pancakes, Burgers and Dogs, homebaked Strudel and other desserts.
Kegs will be tapped at 3pm and will flow till 9pm
Cost: Adults $5.00, children 12 and under with adults are free.
Food is nominally priced.

Featuring World War II music by Mary Denehy and other singers accompanied
by pianist Al Caruso
Location: First Congregational Church, Federal Hill
Tickets $ 25.00 per person
Dedication to Jack Denehy and his love for WWII history and music.
A portion of the proceeds will benefit his Memorial Military Museum housed
at the Bristol Historical Society.
