The Imagine Nation Museum will be sponsoring the 13th Odor-Eaters Rotten Sneaker Contest® on Saturday, October 4th at 2:00pm sharp at Roberts Orchards, 125 Hill Street in Bristol.

Children ages 5-15 are invited to enter this zany beauty contest where a team of judges will be looking for the most worn out and smelliest pair of sneakers they can find! Contestants will take to the runway to show off their famed, foul-looking, and stinky sneakers to our prestigious team of Odorologists. Contestants must be wearing their own sneakers that have been naturally worn out. The winner of this regional contest will receive lots of fame, Odor-Eaters Products®, $200.00, and the Golden Sneaker Award. The winner will also compete in the National Contest to be held at Ripley’s Believe It or Not! in New York City. Please register by calling the museum at 860-314-1400.

Registrations will also be accepted at the museum booth at Roberts Orchards the day of the event between 12:00-1:45pm.  In the event of inclement weather, the contest will be held on Sunday, October 5th.

The Imagine Nation Museum is a division of the Bristol Boys & Girls Club and Family Center of Bristol Connecticut. For further information and contest rules visit www.imaginemuseum.org.
